Full Neuropsychological Test Battery
Centers for Motivation, Inc. provides comprehensive full-scale psychological battery designed to clarify an individual's strengths and weaknesses in cognitive, academic and emotional functioning. Neuropsychological assessment helps to identify inefficiencies in brain function that contribute to learning and social/emotional difficulties. Results from the full-scale psychological evaluation of children and adolescents are useful in determining appropriate educational placement and programming, behavior management strategies, avenues of self-help, career direction and advisability of medical intervention. Adult neuropsychological assessment results are most frequently used to diagnose brain disorders and help plan rehabilitation following brain injury or stroke. In addition, results can contribute to planning career direction, higher education and training programs, vocational rehabilitation and psychotherapeutic approaches.
- Full Psychological Evaluation – Full testing battery takes approximately eight to ten hours to complete (normally conducted in one or two sessions, based on client age and stamina) and includes a diagnostic interview and the following complete test batteries:
• Intellectual abilities testing
• Educational achievement testing
• Neuropsychological test battery, including Attention Evaluation (ADD/ADHD Assessment)
• Personality screening battery
