"I first started working with Centers for Motivation staff when my manager brought them in to help the upper management staff fine tune our processes and develop new ways of dealing with challenges.
In a short period of time, we were able to analyze each division reporting under me and the areas that needed focus. We immediately were able to see an impact. Our error rates have decreased significantly and the morale is high. In addition, my understanding of how to work with difficult people in other departments as well as handle challenging situations has improved significantly.
