Each of us have areas of personal strength and weakness. At a recent professional coaching meeting led by CFM, it became very clear that all of these very competent people felt very incompetent in some area of their lives. Some of the participants felt absolutely hopeless about their weakness. Participating in a successful relationship, feeling valued and productive at their jobs and in their lives, getting organized, dating, and public speaking were a few common concerns. In contrast, there was always another person in the room who felt very comfortable and competent in another's area of weakness. In fact, they even offered to show the other participant how to accomplish the seemingly difficult task.
